Feladatok:

Act as part of the Client Experience team in a client-facing role

Daily communication with clients on contract renewals, change management, invoicing, reporting, and investment servicing

Support administrative tasks and assist with recurring activities such as reporting and process documentation

Contribute to ongoing projects, including reviewing data sheets and setting up documentation

Gradually take on more complex responsibilities, including account opening and change management requests

Elvárások:

The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status

Any academic background; work experience in finance not required

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential

Knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc. )

Comfort working with data; knowledge of macros or business intelligence tools is a plus.

A strong interest in investments and related financial topics

A passion for serving clients by being responsive and empathetic

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Ability to interpret data and understand basic contract language

Munkaidő:

Availability to work at least 30 hours per week according to agreed schedule

One-year opportunity with the possibility of extension
