The Ideal Candidate

• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proven experience in cloud, network, and workplace technologies
• X-ray systems knowledge (Plus)
• Fluent in English and German
• Minimum 3 years' experience in service desk management or IT operations leadership
