We are seeking a talented and experienced individual to cover the role of Chief People & Culture Officer during a maternity leave period. Chief People & Culture Officer - Maternity CoverResponsibilities:Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;Oversee all aspects of talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies;Develop and maintain effective performance management systems and employee development programs;Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes employee engagement and well-being;Provide leadership and guidance on employee relations, conflict resolution, and compliance with employment laws and regulations;Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and continuous improvement initiatives;Develop and implement learning and development programs aimed at enhancing employees' skills and advancing their careers;Implement career management initiatives to support employees in their professional growth and development;Lead succession planning efforts to identify and develop high-potential talent within the organization. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;Minimum of 2 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in an IT company;Fluent and confident communication skills in English (and Hungarian);Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results;Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, with the ability to ensure compliance;Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills;Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization;Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into action and results.
