Global Talent Services
is one of our key service lines in Hubs part of Chief Talent Office that helps provide E-2-E Talent Acquisition services globally to businesses spread across General Medicines, Specialty care, Vaccines, R&D, Manufacturing from Hubs across regions in proximity. The Candidate Care Partner is a champion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences within their designated hub team. Leading and mentoring a team of Candidate Care Coordinators, this role ensures consistent, positive, and timely interactions with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
The
Candidate Care Partner
is passionate about continuous improvement, leveraging data insights and candidate and hiring manager feedback to enhance processes and elevate the candidate experience within their hub. This role will be responsible to lead a team of 3-4 candidate care coordinators who coordinates, schedules, close admin work to facilitate hiring
for Europe.
Main responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and support a team of Candidate Care Coordinators within the hub location, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Oversee the day-to-day delivery of candidate care services (eg: interview scheduling, post offer support) within the region, ensuring all candidate and hiring manager queries are addressed accurately, efficiently, and empathetically.
Monitor candidate communication channels, ensuring timely and effective delivery of all candidate-facing messaging.
Track and analyze key performance metrics related to candidate care, including candidate and hiring manager satisfaction feedback and response times.
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to enhance candidate care processes within the hub. Conduct research and market analysis to stay informed about best practices in candidate care and identify opportunities to enhance Sanofi's approach.
Leverage technology, data analysis, and industry best practices to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate the candidate experience.
Partner with other Hub Team Leads and Local Activation teams to implement standardized and consistent candidate interactions that are tailored to the specific needs and expectations of the local region.
About you
You are a highly motivated and experienced recruitment professional with a proven track record of success in leading and managing global recruitment teams, operating within a global business services environment and building new capability in talent teams. You are passionate about delivering exceptional experience and are driven by a desire to continuously improve recruitment processes and outcomes. You are a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the talent acquisition landscape and are adept at building strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience : Proven track record of success in providing admin and scheduling in recruiting the best talent
Experience in leading scheduling and candidate experience teams in the past
Experience working with a global Centre of Excellence and driving standardization across multiple locations.
Soft and technical skills : Exceptional
communication and strong candidate and stakeholder management skills.
Analytical skills
Deep understanding of recruitment best practices, processes, and technologies, including experience with scheduling tools
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and French
