The purpose of the position is to support the SCM Buyer team in daily activities.

This position is dedicated to support two manufacturing sites in Germany, along with two Filtration buyers.

Your Key Deliverables:

Entering incoming order confirmations from Eaton suppliers to ERP system (SAP)

Document archiving / E-archiving

Manage incoming emails from common mailbox, flagging

Daily reporting

Support team in daily purchasing activities with administrative tasks, indirect orders handling

Ad-hoc administrative tasks requested by Team Leader and senior team members
