Billing Accountant
An international finance service company is looking for a Billing Accountant to join its growing team in Budapest. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience in billing or accounting, who is ready to take the next step in their career. Main Responsibilities:
- Handle customer billing and ensure invoices are accurate and sent on time
- Monitor incoming payments and follow up on overdue accounts
- Investigate and resolve billing or payment issues
- Prepare regular reports on billing and collections for internal use
- Keep clear and up-to-date records of invoices, payments, and customer communication
- Work closely with finance, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth processes
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in billing, accounting, or a similar finance role
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written); other languages are a plus
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
