As a BI Developer, you will play a key role in a team of technical business developers who support the business in managing, automating, and streamlining data requirements while developing insights that drive strategic decision-making.

Your Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders and analysts to understand priorities and manage the demand pipeline.

Work closely with data engineers and analysts to advise on data availability, sources, and solutions.

Design, build, and manage reports and dashboards,

Optimize datasets, dataflows, and visualizations using the best technologies and solutions.

Participate in stakeholder meetings and clarify development requests as needed.

Ensure all products meet company development standards and pass QA checks.

Maintain high data quality and governance standards to support business processes.

What you will need to succeed:

3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence roles.

Passion for creating efficient solutions, impactful data visualizations, and storytelling using BI tools like Power BI.

Strong technical skills in:

MS Excel (advanced)

MS SQL (intermediate)

MS PowerAutomate (intermediate)

Power Platforms (intermediate)

MS Power BI (intermediate)

Highly analytical and commercially astute mindset.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Clear and influential communication skills, both verbal and written.
