• Collecting invoices on time, sending statements and reminders, and supporting payment reconciliation.
• Monitoring credit holds and releasing orders when possible, while communicating credit release issues with relevant stakeholders.
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining customer information, including new and existing customers.
• Negotiating payment agreements (terms, deadlines, interest) in alignment with supervisors' guidance.
• Performing administrative tasks related to special collection tools.
