Your new role

Manage the employee re-screen program, including sending communications, adhering to timelines, and addressing employee questions.

Verify ID documents in accordance with UK DBS guidelines for candidates and employees.

Support the rescreening of regulated employees (SMCR, PCF, and others).

Assist with additional programs related to employee eligibility to work for BlackRock, including regulatory reference completion.

Collaborate with global colleagues on background screening tasks and cases.

Adjudicate background screening reports following established standards and processes, using sound judgment and escalating as necessary. What you'll need to succeed

Fluent in using English.

University/College degree in finance, economics, or HR or relevant field,

0, 5-2 years of work experience in HR/Background screening,

Proficiency with Excel and other MS Office applications,

Client-oriented attitude. Confidence in liaising with stakeholders at all levels,

Analytical-minded and detail-oriented skills with a problem-solving, team player, can-do attitude. What you'll get in return
