
B2B After-Sales Technical Support Specialist - English speaking
Our business partner is looking for English speaking After-Sales Technical Support Specialists to join their team. If you have experience in customer support, enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, have strong communication and problem-solving skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
In this role, you'll be the go-to contact for the clients' dealers and service partners across Europe.
You will:
Provide expert technical support to dealers and service partners via phone, email, and ticketing systems.
Troubleshoot technical issues, track spare parts, and manage the logistics of exceptional shipments.
Manage cases from initial contact to resolution, ensuring all issues are resolved.
Collaborate with internal teams (including warranty, logistics, and finance).
Assist in translating training materials and delivering both remote and on-site training sessions for partners.
Support reporting efforts, data reconciliation, and periodic financial settlements.
Uphold the highest standards of compliance, data security, and customer satisfaction. Elvárások / Requirements
Previous experience in Technical Support or similar field is an advantage but we also welcome entry-level candidates
Fluent or native English knowledge
Customer-first mindset with strong communication and organizational skills
Great problem-solving skills and technical thinking
Basic understanding of IT
