
AR Team lead - Spanish speaking
Lead and develop a team of 10–15 (Senior) Accountants delivering AR services across Europe
Manage day-to-day operations, plan team capacity, and ensure smooth workload distribution
Actively participate in the transition of AR processes to Hungary and support the post-go-live phase
Drive process improvements and take part in key projects, including automation and optimization
Monitor performance, ensure compliance with service levels, and support month-end closings
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and provide excellent customer service
Create a motivating team environment, coach team members, and lead by example Elvárások / Requirements
3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
2+ years in a leadership role, with a focus on team development and performance
Strong knowledge of AR processes, with experience in process improvements
Comfortable with SAP FI and Microsoft Office
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (or equivalent)
Fluent in English and Spanish
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage change in a dynamic SSC environment
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
