Our multinational partner is looking for an Application Support Specialist to join their team in Budapest.
What you’ll do:
- Provide expert-level support for ERP and HR systems (e. g. Epicor iScala, SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur)
- Configure systems, manage access rights, and troubleshoot accounting and data issues
- Build and maintain reports using Power BI, SSRS, and SQL
- Collaborate with developers to implement integrations and customizations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to cost reduction initiatives
- Support automation efforts using tools like Power Automate
- Ensure data integrity and security across platforms
What you bring:
- 3+ years of experience in application/system support
- Strong SQL skills for reporting and data manipulation
- Hands-on experience with ERP and HR systems (Epicor, SAP, SuccessFactors, Concur)
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Power BI, SSRS) and automation platforms
- Proactive mindset with a focus on efficiency and user experience
- Excellent communication skills in English
