Lead and grow a team of (Senior) Accountants delivering high-quality AP services across Europe
Manage day-to-day operations, plan team capacity, and drive ongoing improvements
Take an active role in transitioning finance processes to Hungary and ensuring smooth post-go-live operations
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and ensure service excellence
Support with month-end closings and help resolve operational issues
Coach and develop your team while fostering a collaborative, motivating work environment Elvárások / Requirements
College/University degree (or equivalent experience)
3+ years in Accounting (especially AP), plus at least 2 years in a leadership role
Experience with SAP (FI/MM), Microsoft Office, and finance transitions
Fluent in English and Spanish
Great communication skills, a hands-on attitude, and enthusiasm for building something new
