About the Role:

• As a Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving our agile teams forward.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Agile Teams in PI Planning, ensuring readiness and setting clear goals.
• Facilitate the creation of SMART PI objectives and help identify risks and impediments.
• Optimize team flow by establishing performance metrics and driving process improvement.
• Buid high-performing teams that deliver strong business outcomes.
• Ensure scrum events take place within established timeboxes.
• Collaborate with product owner to manage backlog and improve items objectives.
• Redefine Definition of Done/Ready to help the team work on needed goals.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• SAFe certification.
• Communication skills.
• Java and Python programming skills.
• Docker, Grafana, Jira, Kanban knowledge.
