About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our Agile and Service Excellence organization, you will play a critical role in leading product teams to optimize delivery.

Main Responsibilities:

• Coach and mentor product owners and development teams to drive execution and maximize efficiency.
• Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinements to ensure smooth project progression.
• Promote agile development principles and educate teams on scrum and agile practices.
• Collaborate with other agile team members to drive transformation initiatives across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business).
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification required.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. ).
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence).

Fundamental skills for success in this role include:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to work effectively in complex environments.

About You

You should have the following qualifications:
