About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Agile & Service Excellence organization, you will play a critical role in leading product teams to optimize delivery.

Working together with other scrum masters and leads, you will execute changes to elevate agile practice and deliver value partnering with product teams from our Digital GBU team.

• Serves as a servant leader and coach for a Pod/s
• Works with Product Owners and Development teams on a daily basis to drive execution
• Helps steer team to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Helps the Product Owner in his efforts to manage the backlog and guide the team while facilitating a healthy team dynamic with respect to priorities and scope
• Facilitates pod ceremonies throughout each sprint (daily standup, sprint planning, sprint demos, retrospectives, and backlog refinements)
• Promotes and secures the right usage of principles, rules and practices of agile development
• Educates the Pod in Scrum and, where relevant, Agile at scale practices.
• Helps remove impediments and foster an environment for high-performing product team dynamics, continuous flow, and relentless improvement
• Ensure the consistent and effective application of Scrum principles and practices across all teams working on complex commercial products
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among Scrum teams, Product Owners, and other stakeholders
• Collaborate with other Agile team members to drive Agile transformation initiatives across the organization
• Develop and deliver training sessions and workshops on Agile practices and methodologies tailored to the DGBU products context
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Agile and Scrum, particularly as they apply to the commercial products

About You

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent certification required. Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or Certified Scrum Coach (CSC) is a plus
• 2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc. )
• Experience with Agile project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Confluence)
• Proven success in coaching Product Owners and teams to scale products across multiple countries and stakeholders
• Track-record of success as a Scrum Master in complex environments
• Experience in working and domain knowledge relevant to commercial products
• Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
