• Drive the cultural change by championing agile mindset across the organization
• Be brave and embrace constructive conflict to foster the mindset change
• Promote the culture of continuous improvement, facilitate learning and development among employees on individual and on team level, so that inspect and adapt will be part of our DNA
• Represent an agile agnostic approach when working with a client, keeping the value creation in the center of all our activities
• Ability to identify customer needs and pain points. Champion the outcome focus and the use of metrics in creating value and validating the results
• Guide teams on their agile way, encourage them to take risks and experiment with the different agile tools and ways to find what best suites their need and to guide them in their journey to became high performing and self-autonomous teams
• Use your various agile coaching skills to achieve the long lasting change according to the given situation, you are probably
  • a master of different facilitation techniques, able to guide a team toward the expected outcomes no matter what
  •  an awesome mentor and willing to share your knowledge with others, eager to build good communities to share practices with each other
  •  confident in using coaching techniques if required during the agile coaching conversations and processes
  • experienced in working with Product Owners, Chapter Leads, Tribe Leads to support them to become a better version of themselves
  • hell of a good trainer who can keep the audience excited all along the training journey

• 3-6 years of experience working as a Scrum master/Agile Coach
• Experience in coaching and training individuals and teams in Agile concepts and practices
• Demonstrated experience at implementing different scaled Agile methodologies
• Experience in lean-agile adoption
• Negotiation-level English language skills.
• It is an advantage if you have already participated in the execution of an agile transformation project
