
Administrative Assistant
Our client is one of Europe’s leading telecommunications infrastructure providers, driving digital transformation through innovative and sustainable solutions.
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their Contract Management team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and international environment while supporting key administrative processes.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Manage and monitor deadlines to ensure timely task completion
- Coordinate communication processes, including email distribution and follow-ups
- Organise and oversee approval workflows and documentation
- Initiate the preparation of Site Agreements
- Facilitate the collection of required signatures for contractual documents
- Digitally archive and maintain accurate records of all documentation
- Trigger and support the invoicing process for finalised contracts
What you will need to succeed:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role
- Fluent communication skills in English and German
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Law
- Proficiency in MS Office programs
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Experience with Salesforce is an advantage.
