
Accounts Receivable Trainee

Feladatok:
Preparing invoicing report and requesting approvals (where needed) from project managers
Raising invoices and credit notes on a daily basis
Sending out invoices and credit notes to customers
Solving invoicing related issues
Stakeholder management: close collaboration with project managers in LBU and with AR Collection team
Tracking all billing activity in invoice report, commenting status on to-be-invoiced projects
Adhering to 24 hour SLA and commenting reason of delay when necessary
Report generation right first time on time
Develop a good relationship with cross-functional teams (e. g. LBU, AP, FA, IT)
Elvárások:
Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status, preferably in Finance and/or Accounting
Fluency in English, Hungarian
Strong Excel skills
Basic knowledge of finance processes
Experience and understanding of major ERP systems
Munkaidő:
At least 30-35 working hours per week
From Monday to Friday in flexible working hours
Amit kínálunk:
2143 Ft/hour in gross
Hybrid schedule (3-4 days at home, 1-2 days at the office)
Non-binding working hours
