Feladatok:

Process various type of invoices and resolve problems

Reconciliation of the relevant accounts payable accounts and intercompany payment transactions

Support query handling and correct errors in the supplier statements

Tracking and reporting of metrics on the overall accounts payable process

Support process improvement and standardization projects

Elvárások:

Ongoing studies and active or passive Hungarian student status in the field of economics and/or accounting

Fluency in English is a must, but any European language knowledge is an advantage

Strong MS Office knowledge, especially in Excel

Strong analytical skills and ability to understand buiness needs and influence business impact

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to details and accurate data management

Munkaidő:

At least 25 working hours per week

From Monday to Friday in flexible working hours

Amit kínálunk:

2143 Ft/hour in gross

Hybrid schedule (3-4 days at home, 1-2 days at the office)

Non-binding working hours
