What tasks await you?

Process and verify invoices, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with company policies and contractual agreements;

Perform accounting activities with the team;

Update customer invoices and prepare booked invoices for payment;

Review purchase orders, delivery notes and other supporting documentation for invoice matching;

Check the content of incoming supplier invoices, accounting in the supplier module (SAP);

Check the content of travel expenses (OA/ SAP Concur);

Reconciliation of receipts and proofs of completion;

Keep in contact with vendors;

Preform month-end closing activities;

Support audits by providing documentation and responding to inquiries related to AP activities;

Collaboration with other departments.

You are the perfect candidate if you have:

BSc or MSc studies in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field;

1-3 years relevant experience;

Knowledge and experience with ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office;

Fluent in both Hungarian and English;

Problem solving mindset with the ability to multitask.
