What tasks await you?

Implement and maintain 5S methodology across production lines;

Support Lean initiatives and ensure CPS (CATL Production System) standards are met;

Conduct line patrols and inspections to evaluate workplace organization and compliance;

Prepare for and support internal and external audits;

Organize and deliver trainings (5S, safety);

Drive workplace improvements to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment.

You are the perfect candidate if you:

Completed a secondary vocational education;

Have experience in 5S, Lean, or production environments;

Speak native Hungarian and have good English skills;

Have good communication skills;

Have solid computer skills at a user level (MS Office, email, basic systems)

It’s an advantage if you have the following:

Experience in the automotive industry;

Auditor experience (ISO, VDA, etc. )

Knowledge of SAP systems
